PART A — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. This deposit goes toward your total balance and confirms your reservation. Because we reserve our inventory and staff specifically for your event, deposits cannot be returned regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellations by the Client
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us at royalluvpartyrental@gmail.com or calling 818-421-9898. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the event date will be charged 50% of the total order value. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event date will be charged the full balance due.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your event one time at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days before your original event date and the new date is available on our calendar. Rescheduling requests made with fewer than 7 days notice are subject to a rescheduling fee.
Cancellations by Royal LUV Party Rentals
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control — such as severe weather, equipment failure, or a family emergency — we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to the original payment method used at booking.
PART B — DELIVERY & SETUP POLICY
Delivery Area
Royal LUV Party Rentals proudly delivers to Davenport, ChampionsGate, Four Corners, Kissimmee, and Haines City. Deliveries outside these areas may be available upon request and may be subject to an additional travel fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability for your location.
Delivery Scheduling
Delivery and setup times will be confirmed with you prior to your event. We ask that someone be present at the venue during the scheduled delivery window to grant access and approve the setup. If no one is available at the agreed time, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery, which may result in a delay or additional fee.
Setup Requirements
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the venue is ready for setup upon our arrival. This includes having adequate space cleared, access to the venue secured, and any venue-specific setup rules communicated to us in advance. Royal LUV Party Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by venue access issues or unpreparedness on arrival.
Breakdown & Pickup
For packages that include breakdown service, our team will return at the agreed-upon time to collect all rental items. For packages where the client handles breakdown, all items must be ready for pickup at the agreed time and in the same condition as delivered.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available on a limited basis depending on schedule availability. Please call us directly at 818-421-9898 to confirm same-day availability. Additional fees may apply.
