Agreement to Terms

By booking any rental or service with Royal LUV Party Rentals, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

Bookings & Reservations

All rentals are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Submitting a booking request online does not guarantee your date is held. You will receive a confirmation once your deposit is processed.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the event location is accessible for delivery and setup, that there is adequate space for the rented items, and that all necessary permissions or permits are obtained for your event venue. Any damage to rental items during your event will be the responsibility of the client.

Rental Period

All rentals are for the agreed-upon event date and time only. Extended rental periods must be arranged and approved in advance. Items must be available for pickup or breakdown at the agreed-upon time.

Damage & Loss

The client accepts full financial responsibility for any items that are damaged, broken, lost, or stolen during the rental period. Royal LUV Party Rentals reserves the right to charge the client's payment method on file for the replacement value of any damaged or missing items.

Behavior & Safety

Royal LUV Party Rentals reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during the use of rented items. All equipment should be used safely and in accordance with any instructions provided by our team.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
